Super busy Superstore, but it's bright, well stocked, and the staff are super helpful! Had never been to a Superstore before, being from New York City, and it was worth the trip from Scranton! The one there is NOT nearly as impressive, and I will be back again and again! Here is the first decorations I got for the mantle. More later!

I went shopping with a friend of mine this evening. My friend is blind and has health challenges that make it extremely difficult for her to walk. We were going to make it work with her walker, but when we walked in the greeter - Ray - offered to get us a chair/cart combo that I could use to take my friend around the store. He went above and beyond, and his thoughtfulness and kindness was so appreciated!

The vendors(Pepsi, coke, Frito) are incredibly rude at this store. You had better hope that you're not in their way or they will attempt to push you out of the way. They throw product across the aisle and have a general disdain towards customers. The OGP associates (personal shoppers) act as though they're the only ones that should have access to the store and actively block entire aisles and product sections. It gets more difficult to shop here with each visit. The pharmacy section looked like a tornado just ripped through, with very few items in the correct spot and several where the associate clearly just threw a bunch of products into the same slots. This store has gone downhill very fast in the past year or so. It's getting easier and easier to pay the slightly higher prices at their competitors in the area.

Usually I have 100% great service, great products, new items I find, great quality, ease of finding everything I need, etc. But this time was the complete opposite n it has never been this bad before. I had placed a big order prior to going into the store for a delivery bc I'm disabled. And I absolutely needed the majority of that order I had to be delivered for last night. And, a couple products I couldn't find in-store after searching quite some time for them, it was hard to find any employee to help me. And two items were not even there when they said it would be in store and that they had it. It was getting time for my order to be delivered I was still at the store and I could have left then and checked out n left and I would have been on time to get my order I live very close to this store. I talked to an employee at Walmart they said they will call the driver and tell her it's okay to leave it on my porch. Well that never happened! I'm so upset about this I left the majority of my in-store order there and just checked out a couple things n leave because the driver called me at first and I said the manager is calling you now just tell you it's okay you can leave my order there I'll be there in a few minutes. Checking out took even longer than usual also. It was just a bad experience all around for me! Very upset and highly disappointed.

It has everything you need, toys, food, clothes, car manintennance items, optic shop, At the entrance you can rent a vacum. Staff is respecful, restrooms are clean. I love Wallmart hired elder ones, disable people and anyone, without religion, race, gender, age, or elses. They open on hollydays. Huge parking lot, shopping cars are not desinfected, but you can ask for wipes. Costumer service is good, they respecful and fare. Normally they have securities but I did not see any in this store. The store still has plastic bags, witch is so convenient. It's summer, so they have nice, modern swimming swits, all sizes. And do not forget the chair at Subway, you may sit and enjoy.
