David, the night register attendant, was so kind and considerate. I wish I had his last name to give to the store. It was on Nazareth Pike in Nazareth/Easton at 11pm on march 18th or 19th...thanks David first review I have ever given for any site/store/restaurant/agency, and this is not my normal shopping store, I think it will be used more often now. Truly a bright light in this crazy world. Do not think I will do reviews, I just wanted to give David the credit he deserves and hope the store management acknowledges him and possibly reward him and have him be a trainer in customer service for every single person who works in a store, anywhere. If I go back, and see him , I will ask him for a photo and get permission.

Most things are locked up now in the beauty supply and makeup area. Wonderful idea, it really helps I'm sure preventing thieves from taking anything. Would be really nice though for paying customers to have someone there at the checkout register to unlock the glass doors for the supply that you need. I walked to this area today and the older lady (with the glasses and short brown hair) at the register looked right at me and proceeded to walk away from the counter and not return for who knows how long as myself and other shoppers waited and waited. My mom eventually asked another employee in the same area (who was stocking shelves) to help us and please open the glass door but she said she did not have the key and did not even try to find someone who did. Maybe a lesson or training from managers here on customer service skills in that department would help. Any other store I've been to they'd say "I'll go and find someone who can unlock it for you" instead of causing us to have to just leave the area and go by our products elsewhere. Not good customer service skills and an inconvenience to paying customers. If you're trying to prevent one thing from happening (such as stealing) then at least make it reasonable and convenient for paying shoppers who just want to purchase items and leave in a timely manner.

The staff is always pleasant and eager to help. The aisles are clean and the shelves are well organized. I always find what I'm looking for or one of the staff assists and brings me right to it. The cashiers are friendly and the self check outlines are a plenty. In the past I've never waited more than a minute or 24 a self check out register. However, in the last week & a half before Thanksgiving, 2024 the self check outlines are either closed or there haven't been many open causing overcrowding. There haven't been enough of cashiers so the lines have been super long.

The people at this location are rude and don’t know nothing. And they talk to each other and complain about the work management and other matters in the store. The prices of the items are different than on the sales floor when you get to the register it’s more and you have to wait for someone to come and then go to the floor to check the price and rips the price of and call the customer a lier and ask you if you still want the items. They are thieves. And the corporate office does nothing. This is the truth. So if you don’t want your day ruined and spend one and half hours longer in the store go over to Target. And the phone is never answered.

Reminder- Overall.store is generally great neat and shocked. I must remember to not go there the Saturday before x-mas it was a total regret. No parking lines every where restrooms pharmacy deli bakery just to name a few and dashing out make sure your waiting in the right line.
