Walmart is one of the best stores in the area, I am at lancaster Pa . They always have good stuff and have sale every single day in different stuff .their return policies are great for everyone , just swapp your payment card and boom with no receipt, no complaints .

l try to use lottery machine no matter how good of condition my money is in always rejects it. Try to get help from staff they say because it's wrinkled when it was a new bill when l entered in machine no help. Always produces loosing ticket's. Wonder is it because of area... 😒

I went there this morning, only self check out is available at 6am. Too many cashiers standing around with hands in their pockets. I went to the front of the store those registers were closed. Went to another aisle the clerk in the very rudest way said these aren't open go to 1. I was at 1 those registers were closed. I was given a gift card to use come to find out I wasn't able to use it in the store but I could make an online purchase. Makes me wonder if that cashier wasn't trying to make off with the gift card. Your clerks are very rude. Please do away with self check out at 6am and all together

First I want to note that I understand during the pandemic there are shortages however it's not an excuse to keep the store in disarray. With the condition the store was in, it increases the possibility to theft which will cost the company money. I've worked in retail for over 5 years and I am horrified to find drinks all over the place, shoes and clothes thrown in different places. When I was in retail I tidied up around my department. Boxes were not left unattended. You need to have pride in your store and take better care of it. Furthermore you also need to have more than 2 or 3 registers open for the amount of customers in the store. I can't tell you how stressful it is to wait 20+ minutes to checkout a few items.
