The big problem with all Walmarts is that not a single employee knows where anything is, you always have to look for everything yourself. He stands there selling in a department and doesn't know where his own goods are. I'm horrified.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. So after being in the area for work, I stopped into this walmart to use the automotive service center. I needed an oil change for our beater work van. Walmart normally works great for us, as they have a $24.95 pit crew special for oil changes. So I pull in past the cones and park across from the bay doors next to the ram that is there. I park my van and head inside LIKE I NORMALLY DO AT WALMARTS TO CHECK IN MY VEHICLE. I walk over to the cashier to find what looks like the automotive service manager by the name of AUSTIN. I inform him I am here to check in my vehicle. He informs me that I need to pull up to the cones and someone will be right out to check me in. I told him I accidentally pulled past them. So no big deal I go outside back my van out to the cones. Turn off the van, since no one came over right away. I proceeded to smoke a whole cigarette and then two cars pulled up behind me. Noticing about 15 minutes have went by, I walk over to the bay area and finally the guys notice I am waiting and I see AUSTIN coming out with another fellow. Well, The other fellow says, do you have an appointment because we are not taking anymore walk-ins. Now this is 20 minutes at least of me waiting by. Unacceptable. To make it even worse when I asked Austin why he did not tell me when I went to the counter initially. He said and I quote “because it is something we just decided”. Furious with this information I made my way over to customer service to find the store lead by the name of erin. I explained it to her and she walked me over to the auto service to find AUSTIN AGAIN. Long story short AUSTIN HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I cant believe he got a management position with Walmart. That just goes to show how poorly they screen people. Basically the resolution was getting on the list and at 330 pm est waiting until 8pm for my van. When had they took it in initially, I would of been out before the first appointment at 4pm. What a waste of time and completely rude walmart employee. He basically stopped talking to me in front of erin because he was embarrassed by how I called him out on his poor customer service and course of action. Needless to say I will NOT BE STOPING INTO THIS WALMART ANYMORE. And furthermore, I will try to refrain from visiting the chain. Avoid Austin at all COSTS!! He should be demoted at the very least.

Prices are up like everywhere. Store help is down like everywhere. Workers know their store and direct you without any problems. Some workers wander around like at home Depot and Lowe's. Stand arounds at the registers with their cells out watching the customers do their jobs.

I’m surprised this Walmart is even still in business.. there service SUCKS, curbside SUCKS. If you want to wait 30mins for your curbside pickup go to this trash can of a store!. I will never go to this store again!! The worst service all the time

My car got a flat and I put the spare tire on, after checking all the tires I noticed the two rear wheels were showing metal and severely corded. I scheduled and paid for four new tires mounted and balanced. I received a text message confirming my appointment at 6pm. living over a half hour away I carefully drove my car to the service center. I arrived 20 minutes early for them to tell me my appointment was canceled. They said they called and sent me messages but they are lost, because I never received any. After speaking with the Mgr she said, we will fix this and we will get the tires done for you. Approx 30 min later the technician came out to my car. I apologized for being able to schedule the appointment an hour before closing. He then said well just to let you know this might take me all night because I am by myself. I told him no problem, I am not in a rush but the car is really not safe to drive until the tires are done. He began working on the car, almost a half hour later they come to me and say, I can't get off the one lugnut so I can't change any of your tires. I have no idea what he did for the first thirty minutes. I asked to reschedule the appointment and was told that the car can't stay here, now I have to drive this car that is in worse shape then when I first got here. No matter how many times I was called sir, I could tell that I was getting the middle finger and he didn't want to do the work.
