I was just in the store and witnessed a manager named Rosa snapping her fingers at an employee to hurry up. I’m appalled at how she spoke to her, especially on the sales floor. I’d understand a discussion in the back if standard wasn’t being met but I’ve seen this worker multiple times here and she always seems so busy and focused.

Decent prices. At the superstores, one stop shopping with groceries available. That's convenient. Plus, they're open late. Minuses 1. Used to have help readily available; today, not so much. What assistance there is does not seem to know the merchandise. 2. Checkout. Register staff has been cut drastically. Customers are 'encouraged ' to use a self-serve checkout area, which is often crowded. I'm in a mobility scooter, so unless I run over someone, ( sometimes tempting), navigating the territory is difficult. I usually have to wait in the one - or two manned checkout lines. However, with the variety of products and the prices, this is still one of my favorite stores...oh and the people watching is amazing. 😉

Walmart has a terrible return policy and if you don’t have a receipt, they will not take it back. I’ve had issues for years and harassed because of not having a receipt. Their system will not allow them to do a refund using your license. It’s always denied. Be careful of anything you buy there’s no guarantees they’ll take it back. 🥲 I have not had a problem like this anywhere else ever I will not shop at Walmart for any clothing, housewares or any merchandise only food

I found it to be conveniently located, despite being smaller than other locations. It had everything I needed for household essentials. However, the grocery selection was limited, and I would recommend exploring other grocery stores for more options. On the plus side, the prices were very affordable compared to other stores."

Yikes this store has some major disgruntled employees and there not afraid to bad mouth the company out loud. Lady in electronics was going on and on about how she hated the store her job and the managers. Crazy they do it in front of customers actually I left and went down the road to TARGET hate TARGET but wow this lady was relentless I felt very discouraged and almost uneasy with it all. Walmart should address employees talking freely in front of customers.
