Today I thought was my happiest and luckiest day. It took me more than an hour to patiently collect 9 AVIA nylon core jackets from a $9 clearance hangout and 5 clearance sale hangouts. I thought it was a harvest day. But when I went to the cashier, it read $21.98. The manager helped me check the price, one of the items showed $5, and the rest were the original price. She said it was because the price might go back up. I ask why they are still all located under the clearance prices? She said she could only give me one for $9. I decided to buy two. I asked her if she could give me two for $9 pieces, and she said she could only give me one. Now, I played $9 and $21.98. From Joy to Disappointment!!! Why this store change them back to the original price before the preparation is done???

I had a very disappointing experience with the lady in charge of returns and exchanges. First, we waited in line for a while because only 3 self-checkout registers were available, and all the other cash registers were down. When we were finally called to pay at the return counter, the employee was incredibly unprofessional. She immediately threw the item aside and said she couldn’t do anything about it because the price tag was missing. We offered to go find another item with the tag, but when we returned and the cashier became available, she told us we had to wait so she could serve someone else first. At that point, I explained that checking the tag should be the store’s responsibility, not mine. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the employee insisted that I needed to be “nice” because she was being “nice” by not making me wait in line again. Not only did she place the blame on me for the missing tag, but she never apologized for the inconvenience or showed any understanding of my frustration. The only thing she repeated was that I was being disrespectful, which, in my opinion, was completely unwarranted considering her dismissive attitude. Overall, her behavior was unprofessional, and it was clear she was not equipped to handle customer concerns. I hope this situation is addressed, as this is not the level of service I expect from this store.

I really enjoy going to this Walmart. The staff is very friendly, and they seem to enjoy the work that they do. It really puts a smile on my face when you can enter a store and have a great experience and upon leaving, there's someone to share a warm smile and/or leave you with a tune in your head because they are happily singing. Keep up the great work. If you work for this location and you don't feel appreciated, I'm letting you know here that you are.

This was my first time visiting this Walmart, so I didn’t know what to expect. Turns out, this is the first and only Walmart I’ve been to where the employees don’t load online pickup orders into customers’ vehicles. I watched an employee push a cart full of bags out to a waiting customer, say “here you go,” and immediately run back inside—no greeting, no order verification, nothing. Just dropped the cart, ran and disappeared back inside the store. It’s giving weird and lazy customer service. I understand that it’s cold outside, and this is a smaller store compared to others, but that doesn’t mean you just halfway do your job.

7 out 10 times the customer service people aren't very helpful. Recently, I had an issue returning a DVD with the wrong region code to customer service, despite having corporate approval. They refused due to the opened package, but Walmart.com said they should have accepted it. For your sake and sanity don't come here for customer assistance.
