Lots of toys to choose from plus food and popcorn and a slide down from upstairs tons of 3D puzzles - Geoffrey the giraffe comes out to visit pleasant clear aisles. a bit pricey. Lots of squishiest but expensive.

Good collection of toys, Right in the mall makes it comfy! Slide into fun - slide ride is available on weekends from 12-7 pm

Very cool to see a toy store that is still open. Definitely little different than the stores from my childhood but I'm still appreciative to see a toy store

We had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff at this store. We went in the store early in the morning when the store had very few customers. We purchased toys too bulky to fit in one bag and the cashier refused to put the extra toy in a second bag. My 9 year old had to carry the toy box. A few minutes later, one of the staff members chased us down in the mall suspecting that my daughter stole the toy from the store. She didn't provide any reason or evidence for the accusation. After checking our receipt, the staff member walked away without offering any apology to my child. It was clear that the staff believed it’s acceptable to insult their customers and didn’t even bother double-checking with their own staff. My two young children were left confused and upset. It’s hard to understand how a toy store, which should be a place of joy, could treat its youngest customers this way. It’s a real shame.

Really well stocked and varied toy store with all the brands you expect, but with quantity if options as well. Prices seemed ok and in line with what you find elsewhere. The place looked clean and easy to navigate through, and there was plenty of staff going around
