I brought a large balloon and 2 small balloons (purchased from Amazon) to be filled with helium and I purchased 3 balloon weights. When I went to pickup the balloons, I gave him the receipt which he put near the register and got the balloons. The 2 small balloons were on the ground (not up in the air). He told me that the quality of the balloons were bad so the helium didn’t work on the small balloons. But I said it’s the same quality as the large balloon which works. He wouldn’t refund the money .(that was a loss of 20$ for the 2 balloons). I then said I wanted to return 2 of the balloons weights and keep one. He told me I only purchased 2 weights so I told him the receipt shows I paid for 3 weights. Unfortunately he couldn’t find the receipt so he couldn’t refund any money (another 6$ loss). Make sure you hold on to your receipts when buying from this store. My total receipt was 70$ (I had purchased other things in the store) so I ended up walking out with a loss of 26$!!

i bought a sonny angel here and it was a really good price considering that sonny angels are usually overcharged for.

THIS STORE IS THE BEST the owner Nasar is so helpful and sweet, they have an awesome selection of balloons, toys, party supplies, wrapping paper etc. This is the kind of local store we need to patronize instead of buying online. With so many stores closing, I’m so glad they’re still in business! Shop local and show some love.

Love this place, the owner is so helpful and kind and they have everything you could want for any party or event. I’ve gotten balloons, puzzles, banners, sparklers, festive plates and cutlery... I’d recommend to anyone.
