While spending the day in the area, one of the highlights of the trip was going to this old school toy star and purchasing a great gift for my nephew. They have lots of great items for sale here. In this case, I found a cool, air powered, race car set. They are Stomp Racers…

Nice selection of toys but there is a woman with dark hair who works the register who is unnecessarily rude. Sorry to have interrupted her lunch with a question about the price of something that she couldn’t even be bothered to answer, only the response of “it’s expensive” with a mouthful of food. I would suggest if you are going to charge full retail + for toys your staff should be friendly at least.

Great selection of toys but the store is in major need of a spruce up and organization. Toys are jam packed and isles are hard to walk through.

I just moved to Ridgefield Ct. I have a 17 month old granddaughter and was looking around to get her some toys, I love the store great toys. The reason for the 2 stars customer service. I was in the store on Sunday afternoon, not busy at all. The young lady passed me twice doing her order not once asked if I needed any help. Got to the register took my money and that was it! Customer service is VERY important especially during these time! Again great assortment of toys but I won't be returning unfortunately! You go to a mom and pop store for service technically you can get anything online!
