I’ve been shopping here for years. My original experience with them was selling off some vintage Transformers/He-Man/1980s stuff back when they were on the second floor of the Rhode Island Mall when one could still access the interior space. I was low on money and in tough times and had to sell a bunch of random stuff off to help pay bills. They offered me a fair price and it was way easier than dealing with eBay at the time. Anyhow, fast forward a decade and a half or so, I’ve been able to put my feet on solid financial ground. Having a place like the Toy Vault where I can browse and find some gems from my youth or some cool stuff from now is something quite awesome to have access to. I still believe their pricing is fair and the people in the store are always courteous and helpful. Recently I was able to snag a G1 Jetfire in really nice condition. The heft of this toy and its design and quirks really took me back. I’m simply glad places like this exist, and having traveled around the country and visited other similar shops, Toy Vault is a top notch place. Adding a few pics to show off Jetfire! Definitely a great place to spend some time (and money)!

A pretty great store. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for at the time but they had a lot of cool things for fair prices and the staff clearly knew their stuff when it came to action figure collecting and history. I even managed to pick up a Transformers Earthrise Ironworks for a good deal. Would definitely come here again and definitely recommend checking this one out.

I come here once in a while mostly for vintage games that interest me. the employees in this location are (very mature) and respectful. Never had an issue here Other than the emerald square mall one 3 years ago. Guy was a douche. Wish I knew his name.

Don’t buy here, they don’t value their customers and have no problem upcharging them. All items are higher than market value and for the newest set of Pokemon cards released, instead of charging regular retail price they decide to scalp their own customers and chat over $140 for a product that has a retail price of $55. Stop taking advantage of your customers

Before this review I would have given 4 stars; 5 stars if the prices were a little better. Key note #4 is why the store deserves .5 stars. Key notes: 1) pro: card selection is great. 2) pro: ood selection of collectible toys. 3) con: prices get a 3 out of 10 4) con: suspect rip and flip on certain card sets. 5) BLUF: DO NOT buy packs from open booster boxes; even if they are completely full. Product/ background: - Product: Japanese One Piece OP-09. - Japanese booster box pack count: 16 - purchased 41 packs stuffed in 2 open boxes - this product has multiple cards valued between $80-$4300 dollars. - typical pull rate: 1 secret + 1-2 Alt art Now, many collectors will say you should never buy packs from open booster boxes. However, I’ve spent a lot of money in this store on sealed products without issue. They had a discount for 3 packs so I bought 18 and I ripped in the car (I know some of ya do it too), when I didn’t get a single hit (1 super rare) I bought the rest to confirm my suspicions…Even though I bought nearly 3 booster boxes worth of packs (41 of 48 packs)… I got ZERO ALT ART/ parallels (across all rarity) and ZERO SECRETs. I got a grand total of 3 super rares. 😂 I will not be returning out of principle and lack of integrity; regardless of the selection. Go to a reputable card shop as I wouldn’t doubt they do the same with case hit cards.
