This store offers so much with a vast array of toys, collectibles, and figures for many fan bases. Their selection of Star Wars items is one of the bigger ones I have seen. Their prices are fairly higher than retail, but the selection and rarity of items make up for that. Staff are very friendly!

When you read other reviews you'll see that the common complaint is their demeanor and lack of customer service. I had the same experience. They just seem non interested and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor for entering their store and becoming a customer. There are a few other collectible places in the area I rather build a relationship with.

Great place for toys. Walked in and was immediately greeted with kindness, that's rare these days. I got a few wrestling toys for my kid at a a reasonable price. I recommend.

a decent selection of anime figures, albeit a bit pricey, but they make up for it with the option of being from several years ago if you missed the pre-order window from years back

We visited The Toy Vault today, we are from upstate ny and let me tell ya, I've never seen a better organized store or one with just a collection of fantastic stuff. It's a dream. With awesome customer service and conversation to go with it. 10/10 experience. Will willingly take the trip to visit again!
