TLDR: The negative reviews about this place are true. Stay away. There are tons of other adult stores in the general Philadelphia area that will provide you with a much more welcoming and pleasant experience than you will experience while going here. The long version: I (mistakenly) took it upon myself to ignore the negative reviews for this place, and decided to go explore the shop since I was in the area and I am always down to check out and support new places. Upon arrival, there was a gentlemen working at the front who did not greet me when I walked in. I was the only customer in the store. I waked up to the counter, told him that I was a new customer and expressed that I could use some help looking for a specific type of “lady toy.” He responded by not saying a word and looked at me like I was stupid. Instead of directing me towards a specific section of the store, giving me recommendations on products, or simply asking me about my personal preferences (like any sane staff member would do) the man just looked at me with a look of annoyance, raised his arms up, and pointed around the whole store, implying that I should look around on my own and not ask him for help. I ended up finding some products on my own and purchasing them, but in retrospect I shouldn’t have supported this place due to the lack of basic respect from staff towards customers that are just trying to show some support. I will be telling my friends to avoid this place and I suggest you do the same as well.

Now my opinion of this adult toy shop Iams a very patronizing and disinterested staff members not interested in giving any attention to loyal customers ( such as my self, having spent $$$$ there now last 2 visits they sold me warming gel that I'm too sensitive to use ??? $32 each time - told it was my problem??? The owner ought to w I n me back and do the right thing!!!

Friendly staff and a nice selection! Would definitely recommend to people shopping near the Rittenhouse area.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! All were knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience totally free of awkwardness. The shop seems a little small when you walk in, but there's a lot packed into that space, and they only stock vetted products -- they really do have everything you'd want.

Love this shop! Everytime I go in, the staff give me great recommendations. I have genuinely loved everything I have bought from here. Its quality and it sexy, cant go wrong. This is a great shop to visit if you are nervous or a first timer because the staff is so easy to talk to and will listen to your needs to help you find the right thing. They are very informative and educated, and it shows.
