If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don't go to this store if you plan on buying jewelry. The worker followed us around the whole time and as I was comparing earrings (hoop sizes) she said "have you decided on those?" And I said "nope still looking" and she proceeded to RUDELY tell me that she needed to keep them behind the counter. It was in a way that was clearly insinuating me stealing. This alone was not an issue but what was was when the women I was with politely started to ask why and if she thought we were stealing she cut her off mid sentence and went "have a good day ladies" in a sarcastic tone and started ushering us out the door. We went back in after a second where she proceeded to fakely apologize. As a customer I have never had such a disgusting situation happen to me. I have been going to the paper store for years and this has never happened. Looking at the other reviews it is clear this one woman is an issue. Shame on the manager for allowing someone to talk to customers like that. We will not be returning and we will be spreading the word. Disgusting behavior.

So I ordered ornaments for Christmas and went to pick them up and gave my first name for the order. Debbie looked everywhere for them and could not find them and went above and beyond to find my order. Turns out they needed my last name (That is 100% my fault for giving my first name instead) and there was my order. Debbie is such a star for being kind to me and working it out with me. I am so grateful. I am so sorry again for the confusion and so grateful for all the wonderful people who work there ❤️ happy holidays!

wonderful store but unfortunately had to leave early because a worker decided to follow us around the whole time. questioned us about anything that we looked at after saying multiple times we are all set,just looking. many other people in the store but only decided to follow our footsteps.

store is generally nice but one employee would not stop following my friends and i around the store. we were just browsing and every corner we turned she was there. mind you, there are plenty of other people in this store that she is paying no mind to.

Very disappointed in customer service Just tried to return a shirt bought in October for Christmas…..I had the receipt & tag was still on alto I removed price Seemed the salesperson was looking for a reason to deny the return. Finally told me I bought it too long ago & there was nothing she could do….no merchandise exchange either. It is still current as I bought the exact same one about 1 week before Xmas in a different size. I will not be going back
