Very disappointed as I just left the paper store @ 6:27 pm on April 29 on my birthday they sent me a coupon they told me they couldn’t use it for the Vera Bradley as the store manager was not customer service friendly at all. They have lost my business here. As she also couldn’t help me with the cape code jewelry as she brushed me off as I’m trying to ask her a question. Very unprofessional!

I absolutely enjoy this store. Me and my mother always come here and the workers are so sweet. The service is amazing. I always go here for ADHD toys and they treat me normally with my issues! They even helped me find things that worked for sensory items! Overall, everytime I go here it is an amazing experience. 5 Stars!!!

I shop at the Somerset store quite frequently, and have been for years. This is the perfect store to find a special gift for any occasion. Their inventory ranges from reasonable to expensive, I find that very assuring as to finding exactly what I need. The sales associates, new and mature are very friendly and helpful. This is my go to store for special gifts and lots of treats for myself. If you like to send a card that says you care, Hallmark is the very best. The staff and merchandise are five star.

The store itself is great, however it’s the older women that work there that make for a very uncomfortable experience. I just left the store, after every single employee was watching me and asked me if I needed help. I don’t know if it’s because I look young but I don’t need to be harassed by every old employee when I walk into that store. If I need help I will ask for it. From now on I will go out of my way to other locations where this doesn’t happen.

Terrible customer service at the Somerset, MA location! I was made feel like I was doing something wrong by wanting to exchange an item I had purchased less than a week ago, with a receipt and original tags which is what the back of receipt stated I needed to do, but yet was turned away by the manager. This is unacceptable business practice! What the return policy printed by the company states is what SHOULD be honored! I will NEVER shop at that location ever again! I will go to the Seekonk, MA location where the customer service is excellent! And I do shop very often!
