Some of the older sales associates at the jewelry counter can be rude and abrupt and could learn a lesson or two in being hospitable and friendly. If you advertise a discount and a free item with purchase, the customer shouldn’t have to ask to receive it. And you should have plenty of the free item to give to customers. I love this store and shop for special occasions but the staff at times can be a bit snooty and this takes away from the customer experience. If you have an event with a lot of people, you should have the temperature on the cooler side and offer refreshments with the food you’re serving. One of the bird handlers even mentioned it was hot for the birds because it was keeping its mouth open to try to cool off and the bird looked stressed. Someone finally turned on the AC towards the end of the event. I will return because I love the collection of items in this unique store and hope the staff will be more charming.

Love the seasonal variety and plethora of stuff here. Local souvenirs, pottery, sauces & spices clothes, vegan leather bags, garden decor, cards, soaps, candles, jewelry counter, and a huge kids section. I’m sure there’s more I didn’t list. It’s a big store! I love it. Plus, a free stack of packaging materials if needed.

What a Gem! The cutest store I've been too in a LONG time. Great variety, huge range of different items and much larger shop then the small front appears. Honestly I could spend well over an hour just browsing. I Will be utilizing this great store A Lot! Blown Away.
