How is this place ADA compliant? I can't even push a narrow single stroller through the store, let alone an actual wheelchair. The staff was friendly and helped me find some items I had wanted. Not sure if I'll be back because it wasn't safe pushing my child's stroller in here without knocking into racks or tables of clothes because the walkways are way to narrow.

The manager was quite rude and plainly asked the gentleman ringing us up not to give is the advantage of splitting our check out items in order to avail the loyalty points. I mean come on ! Those points prove we are loyal customers, and to treat us like this. Unacceptable. Deserves a 1 star because of the manager !

An employee stole my phone here. I went in to do school shopping for my two kids and I put my phone down and when I go back to get it its gone and we were the only ones in the store with three employee's at the time, when i asked one of the employees who checked me out to call my phone it was turned off right away within not even 10 mins of me putting it down. When I went to get mall security and walked back inside the store with them the girl rushed into the employer locker room then continued to act funny while we spoke with her manager. We checked the cameras but they were practically useless because only 2 worked through out the store. The security then called police but nothing was done because the girl denied it even after me seeing her and because i was told it was illegal to search her without a warrant. Which is crazy to me because if a customer was to steal they would stop and check their belongings even if they just feel someone is stealing. I'm truly divested not because the phone itself but the important things i had inside im currently going through a court case and all my proof for court is in that phone and now i have no proof at all :( P.S The girl was dark complexion and a bit on the thicker side. PLease look out!!!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I went to return something and didn't have a receipt but I said I paid with a credit card. They looked it up and said I must have paid cash and I never pay cash over $50. They said we don't do store credit. I said no I paid credit card and they said someone came in earlier and we looked it up and it showed up. I said I paid with this card its the only card I own. They said maybe you forgot and paid cash I said no. They were like well we can't do anything about it. I asked for corporate's number and the employee said i'll give you store manager's name but not mine. I said its ok I know your name I just heard it she said good for you. BTW the store manager's name is Barbara and the cashier was Heather. They were so rude and talking about me with other customers right in front of me so unprofessional. People like that make people not want to give stores business. And also by the way I came home went crazy looking for that receipt and guess what? I found it and I did pay with the card I gave them so obviously their system failed with that method. So mad. Watch out with those two people when you shop there I have seen rude but not this rude. Unbelievable.

I visit woodbury often. I called to see if they had a certain size in a particular garment. I was told they don't sell them in store, only on- line. Yet, I was there last week and saw them in store! What the heck! I told the girl on the phone...she had no concern...just a good bye! I think I am becoming a Carter's fan which is pretty much across from them. SMH
