Your “drive up” is consistently under staffed and having to wait 20+ minutes for order pick up is ridiculous. Don’t offer the service if you can’t perform the duties. Stop being cheap and hire more staff.

Very clean store with a Starbucks and cvs in it,lots of refrigerated and frozen foods as well as produce. The store was well stocked and organized, plenty of handicapped parking as well as online parking spaces. Employees were also very friendly and respectful.

So... truth be told, I didn't spend much time in the store, so my opinion of it is severely limited by my brief experience. The fact is, the only reason I stopped in was to use the bathroom. I had hadnlunch up the street, but when I went to use their bathroom, I realized that the person who had been occupying it was in actuality wrecking the place. I wasn't sure how long he was going to be, but there was no way I would go in after I heard the sounds he was making from the other side of the door. As the Target was real close, I chose to go there instead. My entire experience was walking in, and 3 minutes later walking out. The bathrooms.were very cleane. From what I saw, the store looked nice and well maintained. If I had to visit a department store, and was in the area, I'd definitely consider stopping in again

The elder at the self check out area refused to sell items that were displayed. I don’t know the reason why, but all the other employee's were okay with me purchasing the items. During the interaction the lady made a face towards us aswell.

Very disappointed in self check out. They had 12 registers available. Only 3 open, which one went down when we were waiting, customer left because no one overseeing the area. Then another customer had an issue, again no help came finally she had to walk to return desk and request someone come to help as red lights are flashing We need help! Line was getting very long.So 12 self check registers but only 1 working! Ugh.they need to work on having a cashier dedicated to assisting customers.
