I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Target on January 16, 2025, and I feel compelled to share it. I used their Drive Up service to pick up a case of water, but when I received it, the box was already ripped open. I politely pointed it out to the manager, Hannah when I arrived inside and instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she was dismissive and acted like it was no big deal. She did not once offer to go and grab me a new one so I proceeded to go a get a new case of water. Her attitude was rude, and it honestly seemed like she didn’t care at all. Her remarks when I returned with a new case of water were “is that all you needed, well you can leave then.” This is actually the second time I’ve had a negative experience with this same manager, Hannah, and I’m beginning to feel uncomfortable. All other representative have been pleasant and kind. I can’t help but wonder if her behavior towards me is influenced by the color of my skin. No one should ever feel disrespected or unwelcome while shopping, and it’s disheartening that this has been my experience both times I’ve interacted with her. One shouldn’t have to be worried about the customer service they will experience. I sincerely hope Target takes these concerns seriously, as this kind of treatment is hostile.

This store is a dump. Like, Target, are you even aware your store is a dump? Or are you also trying to pretend it doesn’t exist? It’s been a dump since before Covid so let’s not use that as an excuse. It’s a common occurrence to see something as in stock online only to go down and not find it in the shelves. I mean… How are the aisles CONSTANTLY blocked by numerous carts and carts of boxes and the shelves always bare?! Another common occurrence you can expect to see while shuffling past these carts are half drunk iced coffees from Dunk, open Monsters or my personal favorite, open box cutters. Don’t even get me started on the “remodel”…. Was the person responsible for these changes a secret operative from Walmart? Cause I have never seen a quicker fall from grace than Target has done with their new “remodel.” It used to be that you’d wander around Target for a couple hours and let Target tell you what to buy. Now you hurry past Little House on the prairie dresses to get exactly what you came for and get out as fast as you can. Just do us all a favor… for your next remodel, just remodel yourself into Walmart.

How does it possibly take you guys 3 days to fulfill a pickup order with one item. Is there one person running this whole place?? all the reviews are right. Your stores dirty, slow, and inconvenient do better.

I’m so glad that, out of the 14 registers available only 1 was in use with a line of 20+ people standing in that line and the self checkout line. I waited there for 15 out of the 20 minutes I was even in the store. On top of that the most mentally absent people ever took what felt like 3 hours in the self checkout line probably scouring the internet for whatever coupon she can AT THE CHECKOUT rather than the 12 years we were in line. Hire more people and use them to scan our stupid products because we’ll all be dead soon anyway, why spend our last days waiting in line because selfish target can’t cough up the $15/hr for another human being or two to scan stuff.

The self checkout line is not quicker or in any way convenient. Where are the cashiers? Shopping at Target has become painful. I don't plan on returning.
