I love Target! I came here for a toaster and luckily despite all of the nice displays, I didn’t buy anything extra! This Target is neatly organized and has friendly cashiers.

Store sucks now. Nothing you want ever in stock yet there are workers with carts constantly in your way ‘stocking’. Not the ones shopping for pick ups but ‘stocking’. Produce is rarely there no matter the time of day so either its bought out immediately or rarely (re)stocked. Makes no sense. Self checkout is down to 10 items so just get rid of it and have the person just standing there work a register. Was a great store but went downhill the last year+.

This target is pathetic, it just looks like a business that’s ready to go out of business. Half empty shelves, many sold out items and not restocked, not many options in general. The grocery section is pointless. Few people shop here for groceries therefore, stuff on the shelves is not fresh anymore and expensive. I bought an expired coffee accidentally, thankfully noticed and returned before I left the store. Very unreliable store to come to in general. You will come here hoping not to stop because you would expect them to have stuff they advertise to have… but you leave and still have to go somewhere else to get the stuff on your list. Makes me so frustrated and not want to come here. Update:came to target today 7/13/2024. Came to get coffee and pickers for my teeth. Of course my options were limited. My coffee was out of stock and my options for pickers were poor. See pictures. #maketargetinedisongreatagain Update August 2024 Came to get parchment or wax paper, these were my options. At least I had one. Looks like it I came just few hours later I might not have any.

Customer service miss the mark in Edison, NJ. Unfriendly and unkind staff, especially at the self-checkout tonight. No sense of urgency and interest in providing good customer experience and support. Long lines, and staff do not have a clue on how to balance the checkout lanes. Change of management and proper staff training on great customer service may help turn this store around.

Love the service here. With Starbucks and pizza hut inside it's amazing to shop I this target. A little pricey in some items but overall a very good store to shop. And this is close to Menlo mall and other shops. Love shopping here. Hassle free returns . Love the service in returns and pickup area . It gets a bit crowded in weekends and other holidays . Lots of parking outside . Fantastic location .
