Customer service at this store location is horrible from floor associates, cashiers, and management. No one at this location appears to want to work. It must be a requirement to be moody and disgruntled to work here. Staff aren’t helpful at all, and it’s always in disarray. Inventory on the floor still in carts, pallets, and so forth which is a hazard to customers. Fire everyone and start over again. Never fully stocked, unclean, rotten produce. Whomever owns this franchise is at a complete disadvantage check up on your store.

This place is so terrible and it's a shame. It used to be a fun experience. It was neat and clean. Now it is filthy, unstocked and disorganized and good luck finding a cart to use. The management has allowed most of the carts to be taken by staff to fill with restock items and placed in aisles, blocking the shelves. I now hate going there.

Easily one of the worst Target stores that I've been to. Need a cart? Go find one outside because they're never inside. If you find one inside, it's likely filled with random items that haven't been returned to shelves. Want to walk down an aisle unimpeded? Good luck! Most aisles have backstock, pallets, etc blocking your way and blocking the few items that have actually been stocked. It's obvious that they're understaffed and I credit the employees that actually try. There aren't many, however, as most are hanging around, taking personal calls, or talking nonsense with their coworkers. This was a great location but I'd rather go to Wal-Mart (never thought I'd say that) or drive to the Harriman store if I really want to go to a Target.

The store is a disgusting mess. Iv been to this target 3 times between October and now and the store has not changed. It’s as if the store was hit by a tornado. Nothing is where it should be. Clothes thrown all over the place. Carts are full with products and put in aisles. YOU CAN NOT FIND AN EMPTY CART. Floors are disgusting, soiled, stains, dirt and dust. The checkout areas get crowed. Never enough registers open. It’s disgusting. How management has not fixed this is beyond me. Read the other comments before this one and everyone is saying the same thing. The staff don’t have a care in the world. I wish I took photos. I will never go back to this disgusting store. Walmart is doing much better, more organized and cleaner than ever.

I came to target today because I needed some diapers for my little one but it’s been pouring the whole day , after I did my shopping I was rushing to get to my car and I might of have forgotten my wallet on the cart but this amazing employee Daymon reached out to me to let me know I left it and to come back , Target is blessed by having this amazing and so honest employee working for them !!! Should be employee of the month :) !
