My mother came back from a trip to this target and had nothing but incredible things to say about Adria, she helped her download the target app and helped her not only save money but now this is her favorite target to shop at! And not only Adria she said all the employees were friendly and professional and jumped at the opportunity to help her with everything she needed. Thank you for taking good care of my technically challenged mom! She is very grateful for the excellent service at this store.

I have always been a great supporter of Target. 🎯 I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with how they mismanaged my issue. On Saturday 1/25/25 I went shopping with my college aged daughter, who is also an avid Target customer. She bought a few things from the beauty department, where she bought three boxes of ZitSticka. She opened one of the boxes and found the box empty. It seems as though someone stole the patches and left an empty box. I tried calling the store on Sunday but no one ever answered the phone. I tried to call on Monday again and spoke to a salesperson and explained what happened. They told me that they didn’t think it would be a problem to give me a refund or give me a new box since I paid for an item that I didn’t receive. They put me on hold to confirm with the manager. She returned to tell me that they cannot do anything for me. So I’d like to warn Target patrons that they don’t care if loyal customers are cheated. They are not willing to do anything to help with the situation. So disappointed in their terrible customer service. I hope someone from the company will read this and appreciate their loyal customers.

I don't know why I keep going to this location. The last 4 times I've gone to get something they say they have in stock and guess what. They NEVER have what they say. Which is wierd cause the Ocean Township location ALWAYS has what they show online. And they are willing to look in the back for you. These *expletive for donkeys* won't be bothered to look for anything. Eatontown: -5 stars if possible. Ocean: +10 stars, perfect store.

Came In a couple days ago really stressed out looking for gifts for my twins for their birthday a really nice girl name Arondiay helped me near the clothing area. I told her my son wanted a video game but I didn’t know the name so I explained the best I can and somehow she found the exact game. She also helped me find gifts for my daughter. Answered all my questions from beauty to home to food. She seem like she knew a lot about the store and where all the things were. Very kind and helpful. Overall a good experience. Really helped a stressful Momma out. I wish all stores were like this. If you’re ever in the area check them out. The cashier Adria was really sweet as well.
