The Brooklyn Target, while a convenient option for quick shopping, often falls short of expectations. The store is frequently overcrowded and disorganized, making it difficult to find specific items. The shelves are frequently bare or understocked, limiting product selection. Customer service can be inconsistent, with some employees being helpful and others appearing indifferent. Additionally, the checkout lines can be long and slow, especially during peak hours. While the store offers a decent selection of everyday items, the overall shopping experience can be frustrating and time-consuming.

One of the worst Target experiences when it comes to interaction with the target team. I usually go there because it has more variety than the other targets go close by. Recently visited there after going the Kings Plaza location in search for an item and was only able to get two of them at KP location. Got to this location paid for parking to not leave with anything because of the team members there. I got there and I was directed to go to the second floor after doing so, there where 3 was a member in the same aisle as me ask him for the product he said he don’t work in that section. Fine I asked a second person I seen who walked past that same aisle I was in and he told me “oh I don’t work in that section” with the nastiest attitude because I could even finish asked the question. At that point I was frustrated because I knew they both could just assisted me if they wanted to. However, greatly enough I finally ran into a young lady who was able to assist me and give me other options for the item I was seeking because it might had been a false inventory. Staffing at the location has been getting worst as the time go by. The 2023 staff was way more helpful, considerate and friendly. Apart from the staff it is an amazing location and just as reliable as Gateway, and Kings Plaza in finding what you need.

Only good for emergency items! Very weird dynamic at this Target. The floor staff seem to avoid customers, while the cashiers are actually great. Shelves are often low on stock, and finding help is nearly impossible. Items are misplaced all over the store, making shopping frustrating. If you’re looking for a better experience, try the Target at Atlantic instead.

Target is convenient in terms of distance, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude, especially in the fitting room, leaves much to be desired. Instead of a friendly greeting, the first thing they say is, ‘How many?’ and ‘Only five items.’ In addition, if the customer has less than 5 items by the amount on hand, the staff member lead them to the fitting room without saying anything at all. Not a “please follow me”..Customer service needs improvement—either hire people who genuinely want to work or provide proper training for customer service. I now avoid coming to this Target and will instead go to the one at Atlantic to Bensonhurst rather than the Flatbush location.

Don't return any products from the Good and Gather line if you didn't like product! Staff or store manager will refuse it even with receipt! Guarantee clearly states on back of brand product if you don't it every cent will be returned to you! Deceptive practices! And I would like to state if you bring your own bags when shopping expect staff to follow you! Even without you looking suspicious! Ridiculous annoying store in Brooklyn Junction in Flatbush! I suggest shop elsewhere!
