Let me start by saying I absolutely love Target......online. But the Southington location has been a disaster for way too long now. I typically avoid going into the store because it's always such a mess. But I had to do an in store return recently and decided to walk around...within a few minutes I left because of how disgusting the store was. And I got to the store right after they opened...but you would have thought the store was mobbed all day long when I took these photos. What happened to cleaning up the store after closing to start fresh and clean the next day? That is definitely not happening here. How can Management be ok with this?

I went to get one baby product, It was out of stock, I reached out to Associate name Lisa, she helped me and found product from inventory. People like Lisa make customer feel valued. Thank you Lisa:)

Shopping experience is fine but often check out times are lengthy. Sometimes there is only one register open and some of the self checkouts are also closed. All self checkouts should be open if only one register is going to be open.

My shopping experience at Target in Southington was great, and my return experience was even better. While I ended up keeping most of my items, I’ve always been hesitant to buy comforters because they’re expensive, and I worry about not being able to return or exchange them if they don’t fit or aren’t what I expected. Target completely eased those concerns, making me feel confident about taking a chance on purchases in the future, knowing that their return policy has me covered.

After making countless phone calls to multiple pharmacies for over 3 hours trying to find my newborn daughter’s formula in stock, the CVS within Target was able to provide me with the formula we needed. Of course this made my day, but when I called ahead of time to confirm, I spoke with an associate named “Lynn” who not only retrieved the information super quick, but also didn’t seem to mind when my provided her with the details of the nightmare I endured that morning. She was super sweet, understanding, she assured me she would have what I needed ready immediately and I could come to the store at that moment if I would like. When I had arrived it was not even 2 minutes before the staff was closing down to take their lunch. Despite feeling terrible about this, all 3 workers (I wasn’t able to get the names of the other 2) were more than happy to take a few extra minutes to check me out before taking their lunch. Moral of the story. CVS as a whole isn’t my favorite pharmacy, but this location may have changed my mind. And again, Lynn 100% turned a horrible morning into a way better afternoon. I definitely recommend this location and will be back. :)
