Love Target stores. Fun to shop in, love the nice selection of food items, easy to place an order on-line and have it delivered or ready for pick-up. Target communicates with you about items shipped out or when they are ready for store pick-up.

would like to offer my feedback regarding my recent experience at Target. According to your website, the item I wanted to purchase was listed as being in stock at the store. However, upon arriving, I found that the item was not available on the shelves. At the customer service desk, I was informed that I needed to wait for the item to be placed on the shelf. I explained my dissatisfaction with the misleading advertisement to the service desk manager, who justified the misinformation by stating that the item was indeed in the store but not on the shelf. The manager then went to the back of the store to retrieve the item, but once I got home, I discovered it was the wrong item. This was a significant inconvenience, as I now need to return it. The only positive aspect of my experience was the exceptional customer service provided by Micha. He assisted me with my digital coupon and was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, unlike the customer service desk staff who were on their cell phones and making excuses, along with the manager who grabbed the incorrect item. I will return to the store with the hope of receiving the correct item. Additionally, it would be helpful if the store phone was answered at night. I tried calling on 2/4/25 at 9 pm but received no answer.

I luv shopping at target. The store is always clean and tidy . And it doesn't hurt that I have a cartwheel where I get lots of coupons and discount on my items. The only problem I have is the lines are always a little bit long. They need more help at the register. That's about it, but thank you.

Just shut this place down already. How embarrassing to be a franchise corporate company and you can’t hire more than 4 employees at minimum wage to cater to a line of OVER 100 PEOPLE?!?!! You have 2 registers open, one a couple self checkouts for over 100 people, it’s a complete joke. There’s 2 useless employees wearing yellow that are supposed to be checking the purchases I assume? They just stand there and do nothing lol… The amount of times I’ve walked in this place, gathered stuff, only to leave it there and walk out is outstanding. You’ve easily lost thousands of dollars from just myself because you’re too cheap to hire minimum wage help. And then stores like this have the audacity to complain about stealing lololol. You deserve to get robbed for your utter incompetence. Long story short, don’t shop here, and fire everyone in management and higher up.

What has happened here? With the exception of long check out lines, this used to be a decent experience. This week I visited and was disgusted by the condition. Clothes and merchandise all over the floor, over flowing garbage cans, zero empty carts available while hundred were left scattered thru out the parking lot. Employees seemed to be trying but you can tell they are severely understaffed. to top it off I witnessed a huge shoplifting where after a brief struggle the staff just let the thief walk out with a cart full. Either clean up your act or close. Horrible
