They post 10 signs that say Music and Books buy 2 get 1 free, all over the store. When you go to pay, they do not honor and make up reasons like - excludes vinyl... the photo is taken from the vinyl end cap, with no "vinyl" exclusions...they would rather lose a customer than honor their own sale. Sales associate thought that they should honor the posted sale sign, but the manager on duty could not be bothered to come out.

I appreciate the top notch customer service at this Target location. When me and my husband came with our 7 year old 2 weeks ago, we wanted to use our Zip (payment plan) option to purchase our items. We were having issues with figuring out why we couldn’t get it to work so we paid cash while being rung up by Chelsea. She was pleasant and patient. Then we figured out how to use our payment plan option on the app so had to refund all the items and scan them one by one. Izabelle or Elizabeth I forget her name, returned the items for us and helped us successfully purchase a gift card in the app thus being able to use our payment plan. Thanks for your amazing care, we can’t wait to come back.

The manager has zero compassion for the elderly. When trying to exchange a food chopper for a 97 year old they were like sorry we can't help. Hamilton beach chopper 19.99 was out of stock and the ninja chopper at the same price, zero compassion, don't shop here, I won't anymore.

I always had a positive experience at this store. Very convenient location . Very large collection of products , store looks refreshing. Seems recently store went on renovation and new loom is simply great. See through Starbucks setup is nice. Staffs always attentive here. Very clean and well Maintained store. Price is similar to other target stores. Easily accessible and large store. Will come back again. This store is near to state border, any deal items may quickly sell out.

This used to be such a nice store. What happened? Every time I come in here now, it just seems so run down. My wife used to like the Ulta area and now it doesn't even seem like it was staffed. Was there a management change? The place just looks rough now. Edited to add: The clothing department was a disaster, but the lady at self checkout is a gem! She was super helpful. Bright spot of our trip there.
