Whoever oversees this store should be ashamed of themselves. Clearly, there is a lack of proper management and leadership. The store was an absolute mess. Nothing was organized. I witnessed two employees flirting with each other and following each other all around the store, being extremely unprofessional. There were things thrown everywhere. I stood in the electronic department for 20 minutes even after I used their help button, I had to continue to wait for someone to come help me. I eventually had to go up to the register and ask for someone to meet me in electronics after waiting for so long. Horrible experience at this target I plan to contact the district manager that oversees the store and informed them that the director of this store clearly lacks competence and does not manage the stores functionality well at all. Understaffed disaster.

Absolutely worst customer service. No dressing rooms were available to try on clothes. First female associate I approached asking for a dressing room totally dismissed me and walked away. The second one told me ALL dressing rooms were painted and none were available. To try on clothes I had to take off my top in front of a mirror in front of the public. I think this is completely unacceptable. Where is the common sense of leaving some dressing rooms NOT painted for customers to use, especially the first weekend after Christmas. I was told no store managers were on and was directed to a supervisor who didn’t try to help me in any way. Maybe offering me to go to the bathroom would have been nice. Instead it was an attitude of “oh well, sucks for you.” The fact that the associates completely dismissed me and couldn’t care less really upsets me. I work hard too and when I am at work there are expectations I uphold. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS TARGET ever again.

My experience was horrible with the employee working drive up around 10:00 am this morning. It was an old woman with a blonde bob, she gave me attitude, was extremely cranky, and threw my groceries in my trunk. To the point that the cans were dented in. Management seriously needs to have a talk with her. Safe to say I will never be coming back to this Target again and from now on will be doing my drive up at the other Warwick Location.

This is one of the nastiest and disorganized Targets I have ever been to! Merchandise is literally piled up everywhere especially in the home goods area; in the regular shopping area, not in clearance. Items don’t have tags so I hade to find them online to know the price. The Starbucks is disgusting; trash everywhere and bugs flying on the display food and in the glass.

Externally disappointed that the company got rid of of their DEI program. I shopped at Target because I found them more ethical than other big box stores. I won’t be renewing my 360 membership.
