Okay. I understand pets aren't allowed in the Target. I mean now I do. I saw dogs in target all the time but I guess it's a rule now. Totally fine. I realized the rule, and the cat in my backpack and was going to do a quick in and out. Try to not cause chaos. That's not my issue. I got cocky and thought no one seemed to mind and Im just gonna get the starbucks I wanted. I was in about a 15 minute line for the Starbucks. If I was asked to leave then I would have left. A manager of target comes over to the Starbucks employee and says "backpack" I know he was talking about me. I listened in. Their plan was to get Starbucks to refuse my order AFTER waiting in line and escort me out if needed. It made me feel horrible that they didn't think I was capable of a conversation and that they were going to make me wait in this line and then try start up something by refusing my service. Even if you wanted me to hear that and scare me out of line, it just shows how horrible society has become and you as a person don't see your customers as people. Just talk to the person next time.

“I rated a 1 because the store’s cleanliness needs improvement. The floors are dirty, the escalator is unclean, and the bathroom is filthy. Additionally, the shopping carts should be better maintained and kept clean for customers. Cleanliness is crucial for a positive shopping experience.

I visited the Target store at Trumbull Mall and was extremely disappointed with my experience. While the store itself was disorganized—arguably the most chaotic Target I’ve ever seen—that wasn’t the primary issue. The state of the restroom and the staff’s indifference to customer concerns were truly appalling. The restroom was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. There was toilet paper scattered everywhere on the floors, the toilet paper holder doors were open, exposed, and hanging off, and the smell was unbearable. It was clear that no one had cleaned or checked on it for hours. When I approached a group of employees at the customer service desk to let them know the bathroom needed immediate attention, they ignored me and continued their personal conversation. I repeated myself, assuming they hadn’t heard me, but their response was even worse. They turned to another employee coming off break, mentioned the issue, and her response was, “What does that have to do with me?” This was followed by loud laughter from the group. I explained again, thinking they might care, but the employee dismissively replied, “Oh, ok.” This blatant disregard for hygiene and customer concerns left me shocked. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will never return to this store and would caution others to avoid it as well. Target’s reputation is built on customer service and quality, and this location completely fails to meet those standards.

Target I really loved but a big thing that I don't love is baseball football and basketball sports etc I think there should be a limited amount that u can buy. And I also think they have a great variety of food and meats and freash produce I also think that they are amazing in there clothes some yes are.a little expensive for certain items but all together yeah deff one of my.go to stores

Wouldn’t hurt to mark where the curbside pickup is instead of forcing disabled people to try to get through the entire mall only to be met with an abysmally long pickup line (because they don’t use the barcode pickup system like they’re supposed to). Curbside pickup might be more noticeable if the store followed ADA requirements and had parking accessible, but of course that’s could never happen. Don’t bother trying to shop in person either, you’ll wait hours in line for self checkout or the lone register with a cashier. Can’t think of anything that actually *does* work here, except maybe the electricity?
