Originally I had ordered an RC truck from sports zone, I went to pickup and the store hours were incorrect and I was upset because I drove a distance to get to the shop. I have since communicated with the owner and he was very nice and explained what had happened. He corrected the issue and was kind despite me being upset. I will definitely consider them for my next purchase.

My package was stolen and these ppl told me “nothing we can do shows delivered” are you serious? I didn’t pay money for nothing. I’m not donating my money to this company. I paid for an item and i did not receive it! There’s absolutely something you can do. You can refund me the money or resend the package.

I went last week looking for comics, top loaders and sleeves. They only had 3 comics, no supplies, and the employee refused to come out of the back and even talk to me. I waited 10 minutes.

My daughter ordered an item from these people and received a damaged empty package. She reached out to them and was told it showed delivered and nothing they could do. She went back and forth with them even sending pictures of the damaged empty package and they only refunded half. A claim has been filed. DON"T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
