I went to Spencers in the Oxford valley mall to buy a rabbit toy for my girlfriend. Joe a employee there. Was extremely helpful and friendly and made my experience there comfortable. He answered every question i had professionally. I recommend spencers to everyone. Thank you Joe.

I had an exceptional customer service experience at Spencer's in Oxford Valley Mall. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted with great energy and smiles by the stellar team of Lance, Chris, and Jimmy. These three employees were not only incredibly helpful and friendly but also very knowledgeable about the merchandise. Despite my initial concerns due to a past negative experience, this visit was a complete turnaround and has reinstated my confidence in this location. Thanks to the outstanding service provided by Lance, Chris, and Jimmy.

Lance was so kind, patient and knowledgeable about the various nose rings in stock. I was anxious going in to buy some starter jewlery but left feeling super excited and ready to try all of the different options I purchased!

My sister and I went into this store so I could purchase new gauges. The guy at the resister, apparently his name was Joe, was talking to his friends for over 20 minutes and completely ignored us. He didn’t ask if we needed help when we were clearly waiting for him to open the case of gauges. There was also a girl staff member there who saw us standing at the gauge case. Looked at us and walked by 3 times, without asking if we needed help.
