Great place with a lot of selections. Called and they reserved the hot wheel super ultimate garage for my son to come and pick it up. Customer service- amazing and helpful. If you want to keep it simple, go to Amazon or Target or one of the big stores. If you want to support local, friendly business with great selections, good deals and fair price- here it is.

Warm, personal customer service and obviously a real love for kids and families. We came here to get our one-year-old’s first real shoes after struggling to order ones online that actually fit. They were so sweet and patient with measuring her little feet, they brought us so many options, helped us determine what fit and were generally lovely. We came out with great shoes she actually wears!

Overdue to write a review for this place. The first time I came in thinking my son who was almost walking needed some upgraded shoes. The owner checked out the shoes he was wearing and said they were fine. I really appreciated his honesty. When he was ready for new shoes a few months later I knew I would come back. They were very patient and helped us find the perfect pair. They also went out of their way to open the door for me going out and coming in both times when I had the stroller. It’s the little things! Support local :)

You can't undervalue the need for a real kids shoe store where the salespeople know how to measure your kids' feet and shoe options aren't trash. Runnin' Wild offers tons of name brand options without it being overwhelming (unlike DSW). The prices are reasonable considering the quality (love the socks). Great place for gifts as well.

The customer service here is fantastic. As a first time mom I truly underestimated the importance of having my son properly fitted for his shoes. My family and I come here seasonly and each time our questions are answered with the utmost patience. They are really focused on helping you and your child. I never feel rushed and I appreciate their willingness to take their time with EACH customer during this pandemic. We are looking forward to returning again and again.
