THS IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS! Bought a game here as a Christmas gift and on christmas morning we found out that the game does not match the disk inside. The difference in title is so minor that many would have overlooked but my gamer brother saw it right away when it was gifted to him. Actually the game inside is of much less value than the game cover which we thought we were buying. The store was closed for the next few days and when we finally got into contact with owner he stated we had until 12/28 (which passed) for an exchange and we could not get a refund. There is no accommodation to the fact you sold the wrong game. I do not know if this was intentional or not but not even trying to fix your stores error is unreasonable and insane. A reputable business would have found a way to make this right; a credit or an exchange would have sufficed but no the owner won't budge. No one should shop here.

They have a large selection of games but their displays are awful, you can barely see what is inside of the cases because they have things blocking them and not enough space to display properly and they are locked so you cant even look for yourself,and half of their games are behind the counter and they refuse to let you look at them. And the employees are constantly coughing with no mask on. Overall the store is a mess👎🏼

Absolutely, a GREAT place if you are a Cine-file like me. Excellent prices, friendly knowledgeable people and a really great place to find both movies as well as games. They have quite a large collection, especially the Massapiqua store. That place is huge, but Levittown is good too.

Very unprofessional and I over replaced and damaged damaged merchandise damage merchandise and they refused giving my money strange and giving me my money back and not and what else for an 85 for $85 game game cube game and a very mean about that right and it A lot of money at unique retro gaming store? A lot of money and A lot of products and merchandise

If it wasn’t for the great selection of items, or the wonderful girls working here I would’ve went elsewhere. The sole moment that ruined my experience was the owner, who I never directly dealt with as he was more worried about being a middle man & verbally abusing his staff (assuming daughters), than dealing with customers. Demeaning words & physical threats over something probably not worth it. People make mistakes, have bad days and it’s not on me to judge one instance but to that degree in front of customers I mean it was heartbreaking. Only reason I bought anything was because of the amazing service & help I received from the GIRLS, but unfortunately I won’t be back which sucks because it’s a nice stand. You have got to be better dude.
