    I wish I could give a zero star review. My friends and I were casually looking at their items while one employee stopped us and in the most serious and rude tone told us to grab a basket. We responded by asking where the baskets are and walked to the front of the store to grab one. Right next to the baskets was an item that interested us and we wanted to purchase so we decided to stop and grab one. While we did so another employee ran over and yelled at us saying “I know she told you guys to grab a basket! Either grab one or go into groups of two.” (Note: there are three of us). We responded nicely and said alright. So I went to grab one right next to me but the more I thought about it I hated how disrespectful and rude their tone was with us. They could have asked us to grab a basket much nicer especially since we didn’t know as it was our first time. Therefore, this soured our shopping experience and we decided to leave and not purchase anything. I’m never coming back here and suggest you don’t come either.

    RUDE……….the staff is so rude not only that they follow you around the store like you’re a criminal. When I ask about the stock of slippers for a party I am having for my daughter the person who work there with green hair said you get what you see that was her answer not we have no more or let me check or ask. Them once we bought are items we ask for a bag and she rudely said you have to buy a two dollar bag. We spent $40.00 dollars on two small plastic hello kitty toy and we can’t get a bag seriously. They also close before the mall closed because they wanted to leave early per the cashiers conversation with another employee in front of us. This location will not last with rudeness to customers!!!!!!!!!

    It’s very concerning that the manager does not give the store a phone number or a website. There’s also no customer service in general. Can only hope the employees mature with time, get educated on proper manners and customer service. I hope the manager of this store gets the mental health help she needs..

    Rude staff and apparently don’t accept US currency. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store. OnI visited your Norwalk, CT store around 615PM with the intention of making a rather large purchase. However, I was informed by the staff that they would not accept cash as a form of payment, which I found to be both inconvenient and frustrating. My son had saved for months and was on the brink of tears. The young lady working said “we don’t have any cash to give change”. I said that’s fine and she could keep the change. She then said “no I mean company policy is we don’t take cash ever.” She then asked why I don’t have a credit card, which honestly is none of her business. This girl then went on to explain if she took the cash she would be “robbing” me and “breaking the law.”. I laughed and I said it wasn’t stealing, was interrupted. She then said “sir it’s 2023(lol no it’s not) and no store takes cash anymore. It’s not considered money in the US. So please feel free to try to find a store that still takes cash.” Shocked and with my son almost in tears we went 5 stores down in the same mall that “doesn’t take cash” and spent almost $200 at Hot Topic, paid in cash, and even got the same plush that your store had. Frankly I found this experience with this employee unintelligent, ignorant, not in Minisu’s best interest, and incredibly bitchy. If your company doesn’t take cash that’s fine. You run your business as you see fit. It just seems revenue opportunities like mine tonight are lost because of a silly policy.

    I have never been to a store in this mall that had horribly rude staff like this place does. Are those people employed there even human? Seriously. The energy in here because of the employees is AWFUL. They seem truly miserable. I went up to the register and the girl with glasses and emo outfit did not say a single word just her stank face. How does a place that would do so well in this mall keep these awful people? I will continue to drive the 1 hour drive to NY to avoid coming here. Miniso Norwalk, CT you need to do something about the atrocious service your employees are giving. Clearly the reviews are ALL TRUE.
