I went to the store on Saturday march 29th my daughter looked on the website and the shirt she needed was in the store at a quantity of 5 we went to the store looked and couldn't find what she was looking for we went to wait in line at the main register this was around 5pm and the girl working the register was carrying on a conversation with someone she knew and yelled back to myslef and another women that that's why there is self checkout I explained what we were looking for and it said it was in store she then yells the website lies and didn't even offer to check and continues to talk to this other girl I went back to the frame dept and found a very nice man named Chris he was helping someone but offered to help myslef and my daughter he was so helpful and kind and he looked up what we needed went back and found the shirt in the back that my daughter needed and he didn't have to do that he was absolutely amazing and did not have to do that but he took 5 min to help us as I walked out of the store I let the girl at the register who was coming in from outside leaving the store In the front unattended that the nice man in the frame dept helped and her the website lies didn't work and she was very rude and responded with good whatever and I have worked retail for 20yrs I would never speak to a customer the way she did to myslef and my daughter I would hope that someone from management sees this and realizes I will not be shopping at this store anymore because of that nasty employee but bless Chris he is amazing and held the entire store down while this other girl was rude nasty and left the store unattended sad especially with these times I would hope that she understands her entitled lazy attitude is awful and it cost absolutely $0.00 to be kind

Not only is customer service only open until 6:30pm online-never heard of that before …customer service is supposed to be 24/7. Aside from that, I received my entire $200 order IN SHAMBLES yarn broken twisted, knotted. I literally ordered transfer sheets, singular transfer sheets… THEY ARRIVED STUCK TOGETHER & DUCT TAPED TO THE BOX HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO USE THAT AS A PROFESIONAL??? I’m so BEYONDDDDDD flustered. This was my first time signing up for the credit card boy should I have known it would’ve been a disaster! I order before Labor Day…. Estimated shipping was sep-3-6… I got my order THE 10th was extremely late to complete my projects, had customers cancel on me due to this. No apology for “busy time of year” could make up for that. I’m missing multiple skeins of yarn with no replacement and NO REFUND!!!!! you really shouldn’t be aloud to leave reviews when you don’t speak to an agent, because now I get to be Aggravated until their on the clock and you can bet your butt I’m leaving a google review right here, & contacting cooperate. Totally Karen moment and idec. My items were just thrown together uncaringly, ruined, destroyed even. Half I can’t use, other half idk what it even is, other is missing and say delivered… ordered $400 in products mostly skeins of yarn, before vouchers and discounts… I expect my order to be handled as such! This wasn’t a $20 order! So blatantly disrespectful for you to advertise such prompt customer shipping care, prompt shipping and it come extremely late, no heads up & not even get my order correct aside from throwing it together like a TODDLER! what I received is usually what you see in their dumpster out back. (My mom was a prior employee so I def got to see what messed up stuff got thrown out) I’m so floored and contemplating canceling this credit line, & never returning. I can’t believe you really let employees ruin your credibility like this. This will most likely be my first and last ever big order with you guys. My supply vs demand is high for the things I create I don’t have time to waste making sure a company gets my order right and ships it normal non damaged! That’s their job! I can’t tell you how many long term customers of mine canceled on me. I was supposed to be making wedding dresses, baby’s first outfit, my cousin gave birth the 4th I was hoping to have the outfit to the hospital by the 6th when it said it would be delivered but nope. So much more to say, idk how to even express the words. This used to be my go to… surely going down hill. Any Recommendations for new places for yarn? I’m gonna post a picture or two if it allows me just to show you an idea of what I received. The entire box of yarn under the cardboard is nothing but a HUGE KNOT

Don't like the new self check out system. I loved being too communicating with some of the cashier. Esp. After going so many times, I started remembering each other.

Clean, fast and great prices! We got a few wood bird houses we are excited to paint as the family. The store was very well lit, smelt wonderful inside! So I had to grab some of those cinnamon cones for the house. It was a great visit and we found some sweet Christmas present ideas for the kids. Great visit! We'll be back!
