    I ordered Mum’s ruler dress exactly based on my measurements. The store sent me the dress much bigger. I asked them to give me some discount, because I have to do alterations. They asked me to send pictures of the dress with measurement’s tape on it to show that dress is bigger than my sizes which I gave before. I did it, and then I left my dress in the alteration office. But the customer service told me I need to send more pictures but I explained then that I can not do it because in they alteration place they already cut my dress to make it smaller. And after customer service just started to ignoring my emails… After texting them everywhere- website, instagram, email- they finally replied to me and refund to me only $15! It’s nothing. I thought they can refund $40-50. But I paid for the alterations of my dress $80! It’s not my fault! I sent all exact measurements before fabrication and anyway they made the dress much bigger than me…

    False advertising. I ordered a dress for my daughters 3rd birthday pictures and the dress that came was nothing like what was pictured. It was above the knee as opposed to ankle length, a single layer of tulle, and missing the flower detail on the back of the dress. The dress was cheaply made and see through. Customer service was rude during the correspondence. They basically said ship it back (at cost to the customer) so it can be resold. I had told them everything that was wrong with the dress but they still plan on reselling it. Do not shop here.

    Horrible service and communication. It took more than the number of days posted on their site and more than the time estimated when I placed the order. Needless to say we did not receive the dress in time for my daughters birthday. Then I tried to return the item and they want me to pay for tracking, and take a fee and the shipping fee from my return. Had to send multiple emails each time before anyone responded, sometimes a week would pass and I heard nothing. Then the quality of the dress is nothing like the picture. Definitely not worth the time or trouble.

    Ordered 3 frog urinals back end of April. Next day or 4/27 money taken out of my account to pay for order. As of June 15th still no merchandise. I asked for refund and to cancel my order. I was told to be patient and that my potties would be delivered in about 10 days. They said they could not cancel my order. I AM NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE BUY FROM THIS STORE. READ THEIR REVIEWS. MORE UNSATISFACTORY THAN PRAISE.

    SCAM!! Should’ve read the other reviews before I purchased from Little Palace. Over a month of back and forth emails claiming package is on the way but never comes. Always an issue with the “warehouse”, and claims item is coming soon. I understand it’s a pandemic, and the mail is tricky but I’ve ordered stuff from overseas that has come faster than this. No transparency, just lies. Save yourself a super disappointed kid and your own time trying to get your package and order from literally anywhere else. Will update if refund ever comes but based on history not holding breath.
