I love this cute store. They have some really interesting gift and a lot of the items they sell are priced at a reasonable price and the store is clean. Sometimes the store does get crowded though due to the location.

The cutest most adorable store in NYC , remember the Line chat app ? Well I never knew that it was a thing like a store of them . My sister that lives near by recommend me to take the kids over here . I must admit while living in NYC I never had the desire to explore the city but now I’m doing it ! Please take your friends from our of town over here you will not regret it ! I took so many cute stuff with me I feel like a child !

Line Store things are usually expensive, at least directly in store you save on shipping. I bought BT21 stuff, they have a great selection, some US exclusives, some NY exclusives even. Totally recommend visiting if you like BTS & BT21

As a huge army i was so excited to visit this store on my trip to New York but so devastated that the Van statue that has BTS's signatures was pretty much covered up by racks of bags so people cant look at it?. I know they are clearly trying to keep it away from tourists ruining it but it's been there for years, can yall put van in glass or something so people can actually walk up and look at it? Or move him to a spot where a staff member can properly watch him or something? The Line friends Store in Hollywood is a lot cleaner and nicer and looks like the store is taken care of to the standards of what BTS memorabilia should be displayed like. They were keeping old broken down boxes and stock bags right next him and it was just icky. It's supposed to honor BTS and the way the store has it displayed is doing the opposite. Felt like i was in storage backroom instead of in the store. There is a lot of stuff on sale so that was cool but yikes Army, if you wanna see the Van statue, there is a good chance you won't be able to properly see it. Lower expectations unfortunately. I had to do back bends at every direction to try and capture a photo of so i can at least see the signatures on my phone. I love Line friends and Bt21, been supporting for years but this is unfortunately a let down :(

It features several small photo areas and even has a signed statue from the BTS members, perfect for memorable snapshots. The selection of gifts was impressive, though the focus was predominantly on BT21 merchandise, leaving less variety for the original LINE Friends items. They offered a wide range of products, including bags, shirts, stuffed animals, and even unique home goods like a toaster and waffle maker. During my visit, there was also a NewJeans Pop-up event with an appealing assortment of items such as shirts, stationery, and dress-up stuffed animals. Customer service was warm and helpful, assisting us in locating specific items. I deducted a star mainly due to the pricing and limited range of original LINE Friends characters. The prices were on the high side, which led us to reconsider purchasing several items. We did buy a small phone charm for around $16 USD, which felt a bit pricey for its size. Larger items ranged from $30 to $50 USD.
