🎮LEVEL 01 IS INCREDIBLE!🎮 If you are a gamer, retro gear, new games, anime lover, Pokémon fan, you have found your home. The prices of all the gear here is fairly priced, and the store is stacked with new stuff every week. The owners of the store are also SUPER kind and keep the place feeling clean and exciting to walk through. Honestly, I feel like a kid again here, and I appreciate it so much! I've been visiting since they were at their old location across the mall, but this is such a better location. I look forward to visiting soon. Overall Rating: 11/10 🔥🔥🔥🎮🥳

I like coming to this store, it’s in my town and it’s one of the few video games stores around that actually sell good items! One thing tho, although most of the staff is nice I have had some run ins with my fair share of rude staff. There was one instance where I had called to check if they had a game in stock. I was told yes and when I went, it was a loose disc in a case when he said it was complete. I Left the store and came back In shorty after to hear them talking about me calling me all sorts of insults and slurs Out loud with other customers and children around. ( I don’t think they saw me come back in. HOPEFULLY). So I just left instead of starting an altercation Hope there’s an improvement on staff, other than that very nice store and nice owner too! One last thing. Staff always answers and hangs up the phone, very hard to get in contact with them.

Level 01 is one of the best shops for retro video games and trinkets around. The selection is huge. They have games, accessories, and controllers for all different kinds of consoles from different generations. All of the products are handled with care and you can tell the workers care about the product being sold. A great shop with a wide selection and an awesome atmosphere.

I brought a ps2 slim from this store. When I got home to play, the disc drive was making a lot of continuous noise and it was pretty loud. I didn't hit anything with the ps2 on the way back. That was my first time buying a console from them and it's my last.
