I went in this morning to do some Christmas shopping and could only stay for 15 minutes because of the heating. The thermostat must be set to 80+ degrees in there. I can understand that some people are always cold, but it was way too warm in the store. So much so that my girlfriend felt faint from the heat. We left and went to a nearby competitor. Management should consider lowering the temperature in this store.. I've noticed it's always too warm in the winter months, and that makes you want to leave as quickly as possible instead of shopping for more things.

Neat, well organized. They also have self pickup and Amazon drop off area. We found most of the sales staff with a smile on their face. On the whole good experience.

I placed an online order and when I didn’t received an email saying it was ready I drove up to the store. Once I got to the store, I asked if I could cancel the order and have my Kohls cash refunded so I could make the purchase in store. I was told no because the order was in fulfillment. The kicker is that I was told it wouldn’t be fulfilled today because their person called out sick. Even better there were 3-4 standing behind the register doing absolutely nothing. Kohls has really gone downhill and I am not surprised they are closing stores.

This is a large multilevel Kohl’s. They sell everything you’d expect them to sell. I found the clothing to be somewhat unorganized, with clothing on the floor in one department. There were a variety of sales throughout the store. I did not see many salespeople. Checking out took longer than it should. There was a long line and there were only two cashiers. Parking is available.

Great service, excellent prices and an awesome return policy. Employees are friendly, engaging and helpful. Perfect!
