God bless this store!! It is my favorite bookstore I have visited, so far. 🤩 not only is there an EXTENSIVE selection of all kinds of book GENRES , they sell so many other cozy corner items - diffusers, mugs, chocolate, blankets, stuffed animals, fjallraven book bags, etc. Truly a gift for anyone can be found here. They also have a spacious and inviting children’s area. Run don’t walk to check them out. ☺️

Oh, my daughter wish to stay there all day long. Great helping staff, great choice of books, candles, gift options, fun fof kid of any age from 1 to 101. Toys choice is fantastic

Bookstore nerd here. I was so excited to see what Indigo was all about, the NJ location is the first (and I believe only) US location. It's a book lovers dream, especially if you love not only books but all the book adjacent products too. The books are plenty, very well displayed and easy to find. You'll find what you're looking for, and more. BUT you'll also find all the notebooks, the mugs, the pens, the bags.....you name it. The store is perfection. My only complaint, you'll want it all and possibly spend more money than you intended. 😉

VERY dissatisfied with the customer service I received today by manager Eli. The Indigo kiosk indicated a book was $9.99 but I was charged the full price of the book. When this was brought to the attention of the manager Eli, he stated "I'm not in charge of managing the kiosk" and did not honor the price even after many attempt of explaining that this price is indicated on THEIR Indigo kiosk. This is very disappointing; as a manager myself I have learned that the customer is always right, especially if a price is listed in the store. I suggest Eli promptly receive a refresher on his customer service and managerial skills. I left very dissatisfied with the lack of care for the customer and as a frequent visitor, I no longer will be purchasing anything from this bookstore location. I will say that all other staff members were very helpful and appreciate their help.

Love this bookstore, it’s a huge space with seating too. You can enjoy flipping through the books and relax before checking out your items. They also have a section for kids, and sell bath-wear stuff, kitchenware, stationeries, etc. Wish there were more bookstores like this around.
