This place has the nicest collection of vintage collectibles. I was extremely impressed with their large selection of AFA graded Star Wars action figures and the overall pricing. If you’re looking for something modern, or something vintage, you definitely need to stop in and check out the selection. The pricing is very fair in comparison to other vintage retailers so, if you’re in the area, you will be completely satisfied with your visit. Even if you’re just looking around, the overall atmosphere will bring you back to your childhood days of walking around Kay-Bee or Toys ‘R Us. Jordan and his staff are very welcoming and passionate about collecting so do yourself a big favor and stop in!

Great store for any toy collector looking for mint in the box/on the card vintage toys, and unlike most vintage toy dealers, Jordan doesn't just sell vintage boy toys. Yes, action figures are his speciality, but don't be at all surprised if you see him displaying a fine collection of mint on the card Princess of Power figures or My Little Pony dolls. He appreciates all vintage toys and he deserves the reputation he's garnered as an expert in his field.

I've been to the store quite a few times and the staff is always nothing but professional, courteous, helpful and fun. Being a fan of the TV show and finding out that I lived quite close to the shop I needed to see it for myself. It did not disappoint! Plenty of vintage toys from my youth as well as new favorites. Something for any collector. Jordan and Steve were always quick to chit chat with us about toys and made time for us. Lots of fun stuff in those walls so if you're ever passing through and are a fan of toys and great pop culture artifacts make it a point to check out Hollywood Heroes!

Buyer Beware! I declined to pay thousands in cash my first time in the store. I had to think it over. I preferred a credit card. When I contacted the company in October, they said the item was SOLD. I returned to the store a few months later during a weekend trip to NYC with my dad. I saw the item hanging on the wall behind the counter. I was surprised and confused. When an attempt to purchase was made using a credit card, the price was raised $1000 above the price on the tag. This was revenge for not buying the item the first time. I asked how they could do something so hurtful. The business claimed the current price tag was incorrect. They said they had every right to change prices at any time and they are NOT accountable to me. The story given was that another individual made a deposit and then backed out. If that were true, the original response would have been that the item was on hold and they would let me know if the deal falls through. They never expected I would return to the store. I was never given the option of making a deposit. I was told in an email ALL CASH! NO CHECKS! Why would the price go up after my entering the store, if they were unable to sell it for less money? When a business uses discriminatory pricing tailored specifically to block the transaction, it is blatant discrimination. There are laws and regulations in place that prevent the use of false advertising, including deception and bait and switch. I felt mistreated and lied to. They told me they wish to never do business with me in any capacity. I guess I asked too many questions. If I were a business owner, my ultimate mandate would be to accept all who are interested in my product, whether they are buying or NOT! I would also make sure all transactions are by the book and make every effort to reach out to all customers and visitors, and make sure they had a more than satisfactory experience. That is what most businesses strive for. Before this happened, it seemed beyond comprehension that someone would go that far because they don't like someone else.
