Since freestanding toy stores have basically become antiquated, it’s always nice to see one. We went in and wanted to buy a plush for our son but there were no employees in sight. No sign up, called to the back a few times and nothing. We left and another elderly couple left as well. Shame.

Horrible, absolutely rude - avoid at all costs. My daughters went into this store today and there was an open container of slime on a tablle. One of them touched it and the man working there started yelling at them and said they had to pay for it or he was caling security. He then told their auunt who was with them, "You need to control your kids." There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. This person should not be working in retail, especiallly not in a toy store.

employee so incredibly rude and disrespectful. If something is unsealed you should put a sign that says no touch and not threaten to call security if I don’t pay. Even if that was a rule it gives the employee absolutely no excuse to talk to me and my family in the way he did. telling me i should “know better,” and that my aunt should “watch her kids.” absolutely ridiculous and so rude, never have I ever seen an employee so incredibly rude.

My son loves this store. We find fun items and enjoy the collections. Today, we needed to be out of the house for a few hours and my son asked to visit this store. We walked around and found 3 mini transformers. On the packaging they were marked with stickers for $7.99, $7.99, and $2.99. We decided to buy all 3, and go to the register. Total comes to $29+ And I questioned the total since the items with tax should be $20 or less. Was told the prices were $11.99 for 2 and $7.99 for the other. That’s not what the packaging said so the clerk text messages her boss while I’m at the counter. After the clerk and her boss text for a while, she tells me her boss said he can’t sell these items to me for this price. I declined the sale after feeling like something shady was happening. What kind of place marks items and then charges something different at the counter? I won’t be back. What a shame.
