Loved how kind the cashier was ,I never asked for his name. Sadly,if you read this, I'm the guy who bought a gengar and a jumbo eevee squismallow .You're awesome !

The store stinks of marijuana. As soon as I walked in, it hits you like a wall. I waited 20 mins to get assistance. They need another person working, especially on the holidays. Avoid GameStop and just go on Amazon.

Terrible service. Went to the store to pick up a product for my company, paid with a company card and the transaction would not go through without putting it underneath the company so I did. I proceeded to drive 45 minutes to the store because this was the only place that had my product in stock and then was denied my product because I didn’t have an ID matching my company business name. But on the website could not order the product without putting it under my company business name. So I wasted time money And never got my product. The store manager, Matthew was rude and inconsiderate about the situation. I asked for a store rep number and he gave me the customer service number and denied giving me any phone number for a store rep. Probably the worst store I’ve ever been to.

I walked in needing help with a transaction and Jason was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and very forthcoming. I took longer driving here, than what my process took. I’ve been to a few gamestops in my years and none can compare to this one. Best GameStop in all of CT. 👍

The people at the store on June 25 around 2pm helped me out. They understand my situation was willing to help. I had to buy joy cons from them to get my refurbished switch to start up. For laughs I found how to use the 3rd party adapter for Xbox controller. (Items are not sold in GameStop)
