I would like to report the GameStop in Southington, Connecticut, 235 Queen St. 06489 I went to game stop Sunday February 9 it was my son‘s birthday and he wanted a game and to check to see if you guys had any Pokémon cards left. We got there at 12:05. The gates were still down and the lights were on. I know the store opens at 12. I called the store twice and no one picked up. At 1210 I saw some person walk out the store and they lowered the gate down. Someone else did. I was confused and I called the store again and no one answered. I waited there till 1225. My son started crying because I had to leave. I was very upset that there was a person in the store who let someone else out and lowered the gate. I don’t know what that person was doing in there, but they did not allow the public to go in and had the gate down the whole time and ignored the phone. That is horrible for your business. Especially that a few GameStop‘s closed like the one that I liked going to at the West farms mall in Connecticut so I was very disappointed that this one is so horrible and still open. I really hope you guys look into this .

Called for a Nintendo Switch. Went down to store and met Zach he was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable! Recommend dealing with him for all of your gaming needs!

This is the place to go when you want to buy any type of video games for a low price very decent very nice atmosphere and the staff is amazing

On HALLOWEEN they closed at 5 pm. That's INSANE. Done pre ordering games here this is the worst GameStop. This isn't a day off or early closing holiday. Done. I will make them refund all my reservations.

The staff is always so friendly. And will go out of there way to help you. And the manager is always nice. I can tell shes a manager because she is always Directing employees on what todo as she is doing something herself. Its crazy how nice a store can be when the staff works together. 10/10 best gamestop i have been to.
