Gamestop is going downhill and it shows, I went here last night and it was almost closing. I had some questions about the PS5. The employee tried to pressure me into a 30 second purchase saying it would benefit her if I bought right now. When I didn't get pressured into the immediate sale she told me suddenly I had to leave. Apparently it's buy or gtfo

I went to GameStop last night, and the night prior. I had the best experience I have ever had at a gaming retailer. Yovanny definitely delivered the best customer service. He had such a desire and willingness to help. I was looking to get Spider-Man: Miles Morales on the PS5 with the Spider-Man Remastered code included. He guided me on the best way to purchase this game. Also, I never buy warranties. But, he did convince me to get one and I’m glad I did. He saved me a ton of money and made me want to come back to this GameStop for years and years to come. I am shocked his name was not Chad due to how great and how much of a Chad he was. He definitely deserves a raise and is amazing at what he does. I will be looking to continue my gaming business with GameStop and Yovanny for many years to come.

(Visited 3/27/21 after 2pm) Not a great selection of switch games and I noticed many games that you can dowload online way cheaper were a steep price gouge at gamestop.... but the person working there was very helpful so I'm rating her work performance a 5/5 Took pic of poster for a game that just came out. Might buy it later after I watch some video reviews.

Lazy!!! These employees never answer the phone. Today we called since 11am now its 12:20 still no answer. I find it very hard to believe they are so busy on a Sunday morning that they do not answer the telephone. What a joke. So now i am making the 15 minute drive to go there just to ask a trade in question, and rhen if my question answer is a no it will be a waste of time and gas. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for!!!

My recent experience with GameStop's trade-in policy left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Despite bringing in an Xbox Series S in good condition, GameStop offered me a significantly lower trade-in value due to a minor issue: a centimeter of stick drift on a controller. Penalizing customers for such minor defects is unfair and demonstrates a lack of consideration for loyal customers. GameStop's trade-in policy needs a serious overhaul to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. Steer clear if you value your time and your gaming gear.
