Just tried to return an external play station drive I received as a gift. Item is brand new in an unopened box, and with receipt. They said they only accept items for return up to 15 days from purchase. Be aware of this very limiting policy when purchasing and I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Dishonest sales practices, assurances made in bad faith, absolutely garbage product and return policies. They deserve to all go out of business. Won't be shopping here ever again, ill stick to Amazon.

Management should be fired from this location for: Lying to customers about products because they're keeping half of it for themselves Refusing to abide by signage indicating sale limits ...only to bend the rules for the customer behind me Not responding to a single call or email regarding a resolution for a raised concern Shop elsewhere . Don't trust this business and certainly don't trust this location to do right by the customer.

is there a way to leave zero stars for a business? no wonder their stores are shutting down all over don't think it's from online game downloads, but the awful people they employ, so many times went in asking, do you have this game or that one , nasty blue haired freak always says , nope! then found out they did have game I wanted, everything is overpriced and a ripoff, went to get a pre-owned playstation 4 controller, kid says , you want to renew your rewards plan? doesn't mention there will be a fee , never was before, so my pre-owned controller, a cord and the charge for renewing my useless rewards plan was almost 100 bucks?! even lied and said I would save 8 bucks by renewing, was no savings at all , was in a hurry so just paid it , done with this place 😡👎

Ryan was really nice he helped me trade in all of my games and suggested other stores to return other games too as well, he also engaged in conversation with me and took his time to listen to me very nice guy!!!
