Very poor customer service. Went on a Sunday afternoon, the lady working was rude. Waited 10 minutes for assistance before giving up and walking out the door. I prefer buying games inside shops as opposed to online, but I don't see myself spending money at this location in the future.

All the guys make you feel like you’re part of the gang or the group I should say everybody super helpful super nice and it’s a really great store is both a store and a place for people to meet with like-minded individuals

I've had mixed experiences at this GameStop. The girl working on Sundays is great—friendly and helpful. However, my experience on the Monday after Labor Day with the young adult male who manages the store was quite disappointing. He's pushy and condescending, particularly when it comes to pushing the rewards membership. Even after I told him I wasn't interested and had heard the pitch before, he insisted on telling me about it anyway, saying "Well, I'm gonna tell you anyway!" This led to a confrontation where I threatened to leave and take my $100 purchase elsewhere, to which he finally relented when I started walking toward the door. Given this experience, I would rather drive to Southington than deal with such pushy sales tactics here. It's surprising that they prioritize pushing memberships so aggressively, especially when they're risking losing regular customers and with more GameStop locations closing every day.

Very rude on the phone the lady there was mean and cruel because I hanged up by accident and then I called her a bout trading my ps5 and then after I wanted to ask her about a ps5 to trade for a pc . And she called me mam when I am a boy “please stop calling this number”

I have been going to this location for years. Always had positive experiences. Today I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Employee Anthony went above and beyond for me today helping me merge my GameStop accounts. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thanks again Anthony!
