Just do yourself a favor and go to Best Buy. GameStop is a joke. Horrible prices, stock is bad. Bought an XL mouse pad that’s super small. Went next day to return it and they wouldn’t take it back. The pad wouldn’t even fit my keyboard. Canceling the Credit card I got pressured to open as soon as it comes in. Sure let’s buy stuff there that’s non refundable! Scammers!!!!!!!!

I went into GameStop last evening and found a game that I wanted to purchase that was clearly ticketed at $39.99 with a big red sticker on the case saying "sale." I brought the game up to the register and the cashier, Josh, rang it up saying it was $59.99. I told him to look at the price tag on the product and it was clearly marked $39.99. He told me someone at the store must have forgotten to change the price back to regular price and I could take it for the regular price. I told him that it was against the law to not honor a marked price and he told me there was nothing he could do because no manager was there and he was not a manager. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB and Trust Pilot. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE!

Purchased an Xbox one and came with no hdmi chord. Bought my own and realized I have no time to game anymore as an adult. Went to trade it back a week later after not even using it and m they told me there were a million problems with the console and controller after I had not even touched the console they sold me. Employee Anthony also looked disheveled and homeless

I bought a headset and was told i had 15 days to return it if it doesnt work so i went in the next day to return it because i didnt like it and now they tell me they dont take back opened headsets how was i suppose to know if it worked or not if i dont open it this place lies and has some shitty policies ill never spend my money at another game stop again i feel completely lied to and ripped off

I am a big time spending member. I just spent over 500 dollars today in buying a ps5, pokemon cards and reserving upcoming Pokemon release’s. This tall ponytail guy named Anthony was very pushy trying to sell me a warranty. I did not want at the moment. It felt like pulling teeth to get a pokemon GameStop promo card one for my kid and I. He told me to buy one tin of a Pokemon card he would give me one each. I purchased 2. He argued with me that he was only giving me one. I clearly heard him say I would give you one a tin. I spend another 20 dollars and all I had to spend was 15. He was very rude and pushy not going to lie I got upset and argued back with the guy. I supported GameStop for years and years Im a long time customer this guy’s quality of customer service was by far the worst. I hate that I gave one star because other times I go into this store I never had this bad customer service here. This Tall Ponytail sucker named Anthony was rude and a liar. He has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Tall Anthony with Ponytail makes that Newington store look bad. The rest are great he’s trash
