Lol never going here again. Misleading while getting your information and telling you they will give you a discount but they are actually signing you up for a paid membership without telling you. Then they offer you a ‘free’ magazine right now….but you have to ‘circle here’….guess what it’s also a paid subscription for magazines they’re secretly signing you up for. I didn’t fall for either of the scams, hopefully you won’t either. I can’t believe they do this con artist gimmick to their costumers. Thanks for wasting my time I’ll never shop here again.

I went in to look at all the funko pops as I love them. What drove me crazy was the fact that they were not organized. Starwar mixed with Frozen and so on. Great selection and a lot of fun things to look at. Store was nice and clean.

Initially walked in to look for a few CDs and ended up finding a Christmas present for my mom. Cut to checking out, and the cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for something that sounded like a loyalty program. So I gave him my contact information and was then given a schpiel about the perks I would get, and if I didn't opt out within the free trial that I would be charged a monthly fee for this "club" and magazines. At NO point while he was getting my information, did he mention a charge or obligation. Haven't been to FYE in a long time. Don't plan on returning.

DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL INFO! Wanted to buy a few items and the cashier, Matthew, kept asking for my email and phone number. I declined, and they said “if you give me your phone number, I can give you 10% off.” It was phrased as a one-time discount, as if I was signing up for marketing texts. The cashier was deliberately unclear, turns out I signed up for a VIP rewards membership for $11.99 per month. They mentioned nothing about a card until it was given to me. They also said it was easy to cancel it, however it’s been quite difficult to do so. I don’t want to be a Karen, however I’m extremely disappointed and upset. I won’t be shopping here anymore. Stay away from cashier Matthew!

Don't give the cashiers here any of your information. The way this company sneakily tries to sign people up for a paid membership, every single time they cash out, makes me not want to shop here. Cashier today said to me "I'm going to save you 10% off your purchase today, can I get an email to start?" I wasn't even asked if I wanted to sign up for anything, it was worded as if it would be a one time thing, and he was going to start the process of signing me up without telling me until after he had my information. I had to tell him "No thank you" twice because when I denied giving out my email, he then asked for my phone number. If you don't know any better, it's very easy to get swindled into their pointless 11.99 per month rewards program because they are seemingly deliberately trying to trick people. Be careful.
