Although there are five registers only one is active, so we have a really long line and have to wait for a long time. I someone with not a lot of free time on my hands. Celeste thing I want to do is spend more time just waiting online would be great if we could spend a little bit more money on getting some more staffing and employees And consider and value customers time….

Haven't been here in at least six months. Store was crowded and rather messy. Alot of merchandise was on the floor. Still a great selection of unique gifts. Some items are now up to $25.00, like for a record player or certain electronics.

I went into the store and I went to the battery area and the portable chargers were not marked at $10. There was no sign near it for prices that would assume it was $10. The only sign said $5.55 so I expected them to be $5.55. And when I went up to Pay, I noticed that they rang me up for $10 so I asked the lady how is it $10 if it was not marked as $10 she took me back and we looked at it and there was clearly no price tag listed at it. When walking back, she shook her head and was extremely rude about the situation, and did not apologize for anything. Her only comment was. “ I’m guessing you’re not buying it then”. Then, to my friend, behind me in line, she looked at her and said “ I assume you’re not getting it either” very rude experience. The lady had silver hair in a short pixie cut.

It's difficult not to compare this to the store in Quakertown. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but to see workers milling around while the shelves are so disorganized, items are not where they belong, and so many things are located behind the checkout - I'm assuming to avoid theft - is a big turnoff. I understand customers don't respect merchandise, I know people steal, but the Five Below in Quakertown is bright, the music is at a decent volume, it's clean and fun. The Whitehall store was totally different. I left inviting my fellow shopper to spend a day with me in Quakertown. Similar store variety with a much different experience.
