This Five Below location offers a lot. There is definitely something for everyone. And, the prices are always great. The store is clean and organized. The shelves are stocked with products. The employees on the floor are somewhat helpful, if you can locate them. The cashiers are professional and kind. The parking lot is large. I went there on Black Friday expecting some deals. Nothing. No deals. There are a lot of Christmas items.

Went in here today and the woman that work here don’t even ask “how are you, do you need any help etc” they don’t say anything you they ring you up nothing. Customer service is at a low here. Even the manager is awful at customer service. If you don’t like your job and you suck at retail that says ALOT about you and your work ethic, I’m sorry you all hate your job but don’t take it out on the customer.
