    Horrible. It was the busiest moment of the store and couldn't find only one associate to help me Not even having a stocker or sales associate. came in to get three items and thought be about 10 mins ended up over 40 min. Yes a associate I seen called someone and they did help but buy that time I was astonished by the limited sales people for the business they had.

    frustrating experience at Five Below. When I visited the store, the staff insisted that I use the self-checkout option, which proved to be quite challenging with my young daughter in tow. Sadly, the staff did not show any willingness or interest in assisting me during this difficult process. Navigating the self-checkout with a young child was not only inconvenient but also added unnecessary stress to my shopping experience. Despite my obvious struggle, the staff did not offer any guidance or support, which left me feeling disappointed and unsupported.

    The manager had profiled me and another Hispanic woman with her children and treated a white woman in front of us different right in front of our faces. This is a very multicultural area and I'm sure that you have some sort of sensitivity training as I'm also a retail worker. Please see that this is tended to.

    I’d leave no stars if I could. I was at this location last night. While I was checking out I overheard two younger boys about 14 years old asking a female worker to buy a paper bag. While they were waiting to see if they could buy the bag, a man named Kevin who also worked there came over and one of the boys was talking to him and asking him questions. After they were cleared to buy the bag they left. I was about done checking out myself when the young lady who helped the boys turned to Kevin and said “oh no, the boy left his plastic card holder from GameStop here. Should I go after him and give it to him?” To which Kevin responded, “No, I’m going to take that and keep it. If he doesn’t realize he left it then and come back, it’s mine.” To which she replied, “no don’t do that he was so sweet.” Kevin proceeded to say “well he was okay, but his friend was annoying me with all of the questions so I’m going to keep it because of that” After hearing that I immediately left the store and found the boys and told the kid he needed to go find the female worker to get his item back. I was not going to suggest he speak to Kevin considering the unsettling statements about keeping someone else’s property. It was disturbing to hear this. The boy was so excited and grateful someone had found it. He eagerly left to go back. After depositing my purchases with my husband I went back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. I also have two young boys and the though someone would steal from them just because they “asked too Many questions” just didn’t sit right with me. When I asked the female worker who the manager was, to my horror she said it was, Kevin, the man who intended to keep the boys items and so freely talked about it. I explained to her my over hearing the conversation between them. Her response was “oh no! You heard that. Uhhh I’m sorry. “ I just politely said please go get the Kevin and I intend to call corporate customer service. When Kevin came over and I reiterated what I heard, he flat out told me I was wrong and lying and he would never say that. When I pointed out I don’t know the boys or have any reason to be standing in front of him other than to point out a horrible thing he did, he’s was like, “we’ll just call someone then, but nothing is going to happen because you are lying.” I at this point I did lightly cuss at him, something I’m not proud of, and take the corporate number. As a mother and a manager of a rest for over 10 years, I could never imagine one of my employees, especially another manger behaving and speaking so freely in this manner. So I intend to call corporate today. I’m so deeply disgusted by the Manager Kevin’s behavior and I can’t imagine a general manager to behave this way. I pray he isn’t that person I beg anyone who reads this not to shop in a place where the management encourage theft of “annoying” customers.

    Just left rhe store thanks to the tennagers throwing balls at each other in the store with employees watching them. Than qhen an employee did take the ball away he juat joined in with them. Some people need retraining
